Looking
for something to blow away the bleary cobwebs on Sunday – whether that’s from
90th Birthday (60 mad Easy Blackrockers), wedding celebrations
(yours truly), or a day of democratic excitement in London (probably about a
million others)? Perthshire is the place for you!
Sunday’s
walk takes in the Birks of Aberfeldy, continues over the moor to give out onto
magnificent views over Loch Tay and towards Ben Lawers then a return route
through pastures and forests all the while looking over of Strath Tay https://www.walkhighlands.co.uk/perthshire/aberfeldy-kenmore.shtml
Better
than Askit. You know it’s what you will need!
Let’s
meet at the Birks car park at 9.45 for a 10.15 start. Fairly gentle stuff
but a good long walk. It should get us finished by 5 o’clock.
Let
me know if you’re up for this. We also have a Plan B up our sleeves if
there’s a demand for something a couple of hours shorter. So let me know
if you’d prefer that.
Usual
stuff about carsharing, of course.
